The Brazos Group is a group of stand-alone nonprofit entities originally founded in 1979 for the purpose of financing higher education loans under the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP). Each of the companies periodically acquires pools of student loans through the issuance of asset-backed revenue bonds. The purpose of this web site is to provide investors with information related to these bond offerings in the form of quarterly reports, annual audited financial statements, statements of continuing disclosure, and from time to time, offering documents related to the issuance of additional bonds. The bonds issued by The Brazos Group are not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Effective for fiscal year 2007, each company's fiscal year has been changed from May 31 to June 30. See the Notice of Change in Fiscal Year.
