Federated Student Finance Corporation Announces FSFC 2010A-1 and 2010C-1 Series Note Offerings Preliminary Offering Statement
Supplemental Indenture Effective July 31, 2009, Federated Student Finance Corporation entered into a Supplemental Indenture that supplements the Indenture (FSFC 2003). The Supplemental Indenture permits Federated Student Finance Corporation to purchase bonds in lieu of redemption with certain moneys held under the Indenture at a purchase price not to exceed the principal amount thereof, plus accrued unpaid interest, if any.
