Supplemental Indentures

Effective July 31, 2009, Brazos Student Finance Corporation entered into Supplemental Indentures that supplement the respective Indentures (BSFC 1995, BSFC 1999, and BSFC 2003-Aug).  The Supplemental Indentures permit Brazos Student Finance Corporation to purchase bonds in lieu of redemption with certain moneys held under these Indentures at a purchase price not to exceed the principal amount thereof, plus accrued unpaid interest, if any.  To view the Supplemental Indentures, select one of the links below:

Brazos Announces BSFC 2003-2 Tender Offer

BSFC 2003-2 Tender Offer Documents

Brazos  Student Finance Corporation accepted for repurchase $18,150,000 of auction rate securities in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Offer to Purchase dated November 2, 2009 at prices not greater than 88% of par .   The settlement date for the repurchase will occur on December 14, 2009.  Pursuant to the terms of the Offer to Purchase, an aggregate amount of $15,856,053.77 was available for the repurchase.
