Brazos Higher Education Announces Series 2011-1 Student Loan Asset Backed Notes BHEA Series 2011-1 Offering Memorandum
Supplemental Indenture Announcement Effective January 17, 2010, Brazos Higher Education Authority, Inc. entered into a Supplemental Indenture that supplements the Indenture (BHEA 1992C). The Supplemental Indenture permits Brazos Higher Education Authority, Inc. to purchase bonds in lieu of redemption with certain moneys held under the Indenture at a purchase price not to exceed the principal amount thereof, plus accrued unpaid interest, if any.
